santoku

A Santoku is a versatile Japanese kitchen knife. "Santoku" means "Three Virtues," as it excels at cutting vegetables, meat, and fish. The blade, cryo-treated in liquid nitrogen for optimal hardness (62-63 HRC), is not for chopping bones.

The handle combines different materials, combining durability with a striking look.
